Q. Do you provide out-of-the-box integration ?
We do provide support for out-of-the-box integration for various providers in US, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc. via our partners. However, if the required integration is not covered then we provide custom integration too.

Q. Do you have native integrations for file/document transfers?
Yes. We accept file upload in our specific format for the transfer of the data. User can upload this file from the BM platform or via this upload endpoint via API. We also provide custom file template integration via ftp if there is a different format.
Q. Do you offer an open HTTP API?
Yes. It's mandatory to use HTTPS for all API interactions.
Q. Does your HTTP API support file upload/download?
Yes. User can upload our data onboarding template file via this 'Upload' API endpoint.

Q. What support do you offer for storing external reference IDs?
We store external IDs against each entity data which we onboard. These ext IDs are unique and helps us communicate from host system.
Q. How do you handle breaking changes to your API?
We try not to introduce breaking changes, but if there are any then we proactively communicate with users/customers in advance.
Q. Are there rate limits for your API?
100 requests per min per user per API endpoint
Q. Do you support API callbacks (webhooks)?
No
Q. What options are available for retrieving data stored in your system?
Contacting professional services department for complete data download. Some partial data download functionality in the platform too, like buildings, rental units info etc.
Q. Can you provide your data format specification?
We follow CDM (Common Data Model) format specifications. It is based on this specification.
Q. How do you handle breaking changes to your data contracts?
We evaluate if there is a need in the product in general, otherwise we discuss with customer to find a common solution.
Q. How frequently can you provide updated data?
It depends what type of data, master data for instance can be updated almost instantly, meter data can be with at least 15 min delay, reports can vary from 3 hours to 24 hours. For data exports please contact professional services.
Q. Can you provide both complete data (snapshot) and incremental data delivery?
Yes, we can provide both complete data snapshots and incremental data delivery. Our platform supports data historization, which includes capturing snapshots of data at specific points in time, such as resource consumption, stranding year, GHG emissions, SFDR, and EU Taxonomy reports. This ensures that asset managers have all data available for reporting as of a specific timeframe. Additionally, our system continuously records changes, capturing the time, date, owner of change, and previous vs. current state, ensuring assurance-ready data capture. For incremental data delivery, we support automated and recurring data exports in various open formats (e.g., CSV, XML, Excel) and can transfer them to defined storage locations (e.g., SFTP, OneDrive, SharePoint, BLOB Storage).
