Validates and queues Meter records for asynchronous ingestion. Send a JSON array of objects; a 200 response means the records were accepted and validated. Ingestion into the platform happens asynchronously — poll GET /batch/{id}/inbound until each record reaches Completed or Published. You do not need to send parent entities before children; referenced parents are resolved automatically.
